Our Trainers

AIM Training currently employ three full-time IPC MIT Trainers, both of whom travel around Australia and New Zealand providing certified IPC Training. 

Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown is an MIT Master Trainer who has been involved in the Electronics Industry since the late 1970s. Andrew has been employed at Chemtools® since 2007, and has worked in a number of training and technician roles prior. These include the role of Bench Service Technician at Radio Shack, Field Service Technician for an electronics capital equipment supplier, and a Pace Incorporated Workshop Trainer, among others. Andrew has successfully trained students in many countries, including Australia, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, UK, and the USA.

Paul Smith

Mark Smith

Mark Smith is an MIT Master Trainer who has been involved in the Electronics Industry since the late 1990s. Mark has been employed at Chemtools® since 2003, and his previous roles include Bench Service Technician, and Field Service Technician.

Together, our trainers share over 60 years experience in the industry, and will ensure your training needs are fully met across all available course modules.
